原料:瘦肉或猪腱600克,花旗参23克,淮山38克,圆肉38克,水适量。

调味料:盐1茶匙。
Seasoning: salt 1tsp.
做法:
1.瘦肉或猪腱飞水,沥干水分,备用。
2.烧滚水,下所有材料以猛火煲约10分钟,改中慢火再煲2至3小时,下盐调味即成。
