简单易学的甜点制作 Dessert Cooking(2):奶油芝士蛋糕 Cream Cheese Cake


奶油芝士蛋糕 Cream Cheese Cake

材料:牛油40克,消化饼90克,奶油芝士200克,砂糖70克,鲜奶油180克,柠檬汁1汤匙,鱼胶粉5克,热水4茶匙,水果适量(装饰用)

Ingredients: butter 40g, digestive sweetmeal biscuits 90g, cream cheese 200g, granulated sugar 70g, whipping cream 180g, lemon squeeze 1tbsp, gelatin 5g, hot water 4tsp, some fruits (to garnish)

做法:

1.将消化饼放进塑胶带内,用木棍敲碎。将牛油及已敲碎的消化饼放进不锈钢盆内,用手搓至面包糠模样。用手将饼碎于杯底压平,放入冰箱备用。

2.以电动打蛋器将鲜奶油打至6成起,备用。

3.于另一不锈钢盆内,用木匙将奶油芝士压至奶油状,加入砂糖搅匀。再加入柠檬汁搅拌,倒入已打好的奶油,拌匀。

4.于另一容器内用热水将鱼胶粉溶开后,慢慢加入奶油芝士中拌匀。

5.将奶油芝士铺于已压上饼碎之杯内,放进冰箱2小时以上,再铺上喜欢的水果,即可享用。

Procedures:

1. Put biscuits in a plastic bag. Crush by rolling pin. Put butter and crushed biscuits in a mixing bowl. Rub until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Press biscuits to the bottom of small round cups. Put in fridge for a while.

2. Beat whipping cream with electric mixer until soft peaks form (60%), set aside.

3. In another mixing bowl, press cream cheese with wooden spoon. Add sugar, stir until combined. Pour in lemon squeeze, mix well. Then Pour in beaten cream, stir well.

4. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and pour into cream cheese mixture.

5. Spoon suitable amount of cream cheese mixture into cups with crushed biscuits. Keep in fridge for 2 hours or more. Top with selected fruits. Serve.
